Silvana Milelli has worked for the Bank since 2003 and is currently Senior Vice President and our Chief Operating Officer. From July 2001 to August 2003, she worked as a consultant to the organizers of the Bank in connection with its formation and organization. From 1995 to July 2001, she worked for Mellon PSFS as a district sales and service specialist/trainer and a market sales and service manager.
