Members of the Liberty Bell Bank staff recently visited the Food Bank of South Jersey where they packed more than 550 food packages for the South Jersey Food Banks’ “ Twilight Harvest Program.” Pictured above (L-R) are Liberty Bell Bank staffers Chris Sciolla, Kim Sank, Kathy Hiltner, Brian Schaeffer, Mzyia Weber, John Herring, along with Valerie Brown Traore, CEO of The Food Bank of South Jersey, Jim Greene, Meaghan Reinhart, Amy Gullo of Liberty Bell Bank and Dan Getman, Volunteer and Special Events Coordinator, Food Bank of South Jersey. The Twilight Harvest Program provides area senior citizens with more than 2 weeks of food for their use during the holiday season. “ It was great to see our friends from Liberty Bell Bank who provided more than 30 hours of their time to help us prepare the more than 500 packages of food,” said Valerie Brown-Traore, CEO of The Food Bank of South Jersey. In addition, the bank volunteers collected and presented the food bank with a check for $300 for their general fund.
