Stephen J. Mushinski, Esq. Named to Bank Board


March 27th , 2012 Evesham, NJ- Liberty Bell Bank (OTC: LBBB) President and Chief Executive Officer, Kevin L. Kutcher announced today that Stephen J. Mushinski, Esq., Administrative Shareholder and Chief Operating Officer in the Mount Laurel law firm of Parker McCay, has been named to the bank’s Board of Directors. 

“We are extremely pleased that Steve has joined the board,” said Kutcher. “He brings with him a wealth of experience, knowledge, and passion for community banking,” Kutcher concluded. 

Mr. Mushinski, a Cinnaminson resident, concentrates his practice in the area of public sector law, with a focus on New Jersey school law and public sector labor relations law. He has represented numerous school districts and municipal clients for the last 30 years. He has been counsel to the Mount Holly Municipal Utilities Authority since 1978, and served as Burlington County Solicitor from 1992 through 1995. 
He is a member of the Burlington County Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Educational Negotiators Association. Mr. Mushinski is also a member of the Mount Holly Rotary Club, the Mount Holly, BPOE, and the Riverton Country Club.
