How do I open an account?
Visit any of our three banking offices and bring two forms of identification such as a valid Driver’s License, major credit card, passport etc. You will also have to provide your Social Security number. Our customer service representative will work with you to open the account that best meets your needs. One of our Customer Service Representatives will handle everything else to get your account opened.
What monthly service charge fees may I see on my checking account statement?
Interest-for-All Checking and E-Checking require a $250 daily minimum balance to avoid a $5.00 monthly service charge.
Freedom Checking does not require a daily minimum balance; there is no monthly service fee.
How do I add overdraft protection to my account?
Overdraft protection enables those who qualify to have a check(s) paid when there aren't sufficient funds on deposit as long as you do not exceed the pre-established credit line. You can pay back the funds borrowed at any time or a monthly bill will be mailed to you. Stop into any of our three banking offices for an application. Overdraft Protection is subject to credit approval.
How do I update my name and address with the bank?
To request a change to your account profile, please call or visit any Liberty Bell Bank branch and we will help update your information. Some documentation about your address change and a signature is required to help protect customers from unauthorized changes.
Can I receive information about my account by phone?
Yes, call our automated voice response number 856.830.1110 and follow the prompts. If you have more detailed questions please call any Liberty Bell Bank Office during normal business hours.
How do I transfer funds?
You can transfer funds one of three ways:
- Through online banking with us
- Call our voice response line 856.830.1110. You must establish a password to activate our Voice Response line
- Call your local banking office and speak with a customer service representative
How do I stop payment on a check?
To stop payment on any unpaid check you may go to our online banking or you may call your local banking office. We may require that you sign a stop payment authorization form. There is a $25 charge for each stop payment.
How do I reorder checks?
You can drop off the reorder form enclosed with your checks. You may also reorder checks through online banking, or you can call or visit any Liberty Bell Banking Office. We usually have checks ready for you by the following business day so your checkbook re-order can be picked up at the most convenient office to you or they can be mailed.
How do I wire funds to another person?
You need to complete a wire transfer authorization form available at any of our banking offices. You will need to provide the following information to ensure your wire is processed; the persons' full name, address and account number, the bank's name and routing number. There is a $20 charge for any wire within the United States and a $35 charge for an international wire.
What is a substitute check?
A substitute check is also called an Image Replacement Document (IRD). This is a reproduction of your original check. It has the same legal standing as the original paper check and is valid for proof of payment. Substitute checks were enacted into law frequently referred to as Check 21 Act.
I don’t remember my PIN, what do I do?
Call any of our three banking offices between 8:00 am and 6:00 PM and one of customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.
I have forgotten my Login ID, What do I do?
Please contact us at 856.830.1111. We will be required to securely verify your identity before providing you with your Login ID

Once successfully logged in to our Internet banking system you may change your Password or Questions by clicking Options.
