President, Chief Executive Officer
Kevin L. Kutcher is the President, Chief Executive Officer and has served in the first two capacities since August 2003. He was a consultant to the organizers of the Bank from May 2002 to July 2003. From June 2001 to May 2002, Mr. Kutcher served as the Senior Vice President responsible for new business development for the Farmers & Mechanics Bank of Burlington, New Jersey. Farmers & Mechanics Bank acquired the former CloverBank of Pennsauken, New Jersey, where Mr. Kutcher was the President and CEO from July 1998 through June 2001. Mr. Kutcher joined the de novo Community National Bank of New Jersey in 1987, its year of inception, and served as its Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer until the bank’s sale to Hudson United Bank in June 1998. Mr. Kutcher is a Trustee of the Virtua Health Foundation and served as President of the South Jersey Bankers Association from 2000 to 2003. He also served as an Assistant Director for the Bank Administration Institute’s Graduate School of Financial Management at the University of Wisconsin and at Vanderbilt University from 1989 to 2002. Our Board continues to believe that Mr. Kutcher’s significant experience in the banking industry, particularly with respect to growing a de novo bank, qualifies him for service as our President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of our Board.
